How do I distribute AxiKit App to my drivers?
They can download the app from the app store, or it can be pushed to your devices using your existing software management program. They simply enter the login ID and password for your fleet one time, and your customized AxiKit App appears on their device without needing to be reentered.
Does it require an internet connection?
Although most functions work without an internet connection, you'll need it for downloading the app, some GPS functions, and sending reports.
Do I need to train my drivers how to use the app?
Although it's designed to be very user friendly, we strongly suggest you make AxiKit App part of new hire orientation and periodic refreshers, such as safety meetings.
Do you provide training materials that I can distribute to my drivers?
Yes. You will receive a Quick Start Guide and Quick Start Video. We also provide a manager's guide called AxiTips.

How can I customize my AxiKits?
AxiKit Accident Kit can be imprinted with your text in 4 areas: each side, back panel, and the “Step 7″ panel. Click here for a form that will help with ideas for customizing your AxiKits. We can also customize your AxiKits in other ways. If you have special requirements, just let us know.
Can I have my logo printed on AxiKit Custom?
Yes. There is no extra charge for your logo if it’s a high quality electronic image, it’s included in the customization fee. We accept most file formats such as .eps, .jpg and .ai.
Can I add a map or other special artwork?
Yes. There is no extra charge if you provide a high quality electronic image, it’s included in the customization fee.
Can I have my imprint in color ink?
Yes. The customization fee includes color. If you need a precise PMS color match, we can quote the cost.
How do I place an order?
All orders are prepaid. You can order securely online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. To pay by check, or if you need other assistance, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-729-4548 (Mon-Fri 9A-5P eastern).
How soon will I receive my AxiKit order?
AxiKit Accident Kit orders are usually shipped in 2-3 business days. Customized orders are usually shipped in about 2 weeks. When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation with an estimated ship date. Ground shipping usually takes 2-5 days. Overnight and 2-day shipping are available; please ask for quote.
